Inside the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge SAS span bridge deck with Caltrans and John Law. It was a great experience with so much to see and not enough time to properly photograph it all. I could spend 40 hours in there and still not get enough. Thanks to my friends at Caltrans.

Inside a dam. Strange descent via a hatch, a ladder, a stacked concrete spiral staircase, 3 levels of catwalk stairs, then down another 30′ of ladders. I think the word “bowels” applies here. I had a good feeling in this space. It was cosy, secretive and comforting despite the harsh lighting.
